Mindful - is the conscious of being aware of something
In a busy world with so much going on at once, it’s hard to pay attention to details in every moment.
If we practiced being mindful and practiced acknowledging the present moments without over indulging, we’d have a clearer mind with healthier and calmer outcomes. Mindfulness starts within and takes consistent practice on being aware of everything around us.
To be mindful, we must be open-minded and act with clarity.
Mindfulness is an act we do in everything and everyday living.
Be mindful of how we treat ourselves and what we allow into our minds, bodies and souls. It’s important to be aware of what we consume rather it’s our diet, people we give our energy to and what we see on our social media feeds.
Be mindful of how we treat others, how we respond to them and how we treat them.
Every action has a reaction.
TIPS on how to be mindful:
Have a quiet mind in a quiet place
Think first, act last
Pay attention to what’s going on in the present moment
Acknowledge and Accept
Breathe slowly (Inhale, exhale)
Mindfulness goes a long way and being more aware can prevent a lot…
After all, what we absorb becomes who we are.
Self explanatory
EX: What we consume will show physically but also internally. Let’s say these two body images showed all the energies we consumed.
How would the inside of your body look?
Remember to be:
Mindful of what we consume (diet & peoples energies)
Mindful of how we make others feel
Mindful of the words we speak
Mindful of the energy we take in and dish out
Mindful of what we respond to and how we respond to it
Mindful before speaking and acting
“You are what you eat”
